Does anyone recognise this voice?

Hey there guys. Unlike my other thread I posted some time ago I'll be short and to-the-point this time.

Basically, I've been playing a lot of League of Legends these days. For those who don't know, it's a/the spiritual succesor to DotA, created by the original creator of said map and an ex-Blizzard employee. [It's also much better than HoN.] So basically, I've recently got my hands on a new champion (hero) and I just keep thinking that I've heard his voice before. Now, LoL doesn't have many voice actors but I'm positive that if the same actor did another champion's voice I'd know about it. So I started thinking, maybe it's the voice of some random WoW boss?

So, anyone recognise it, from WoW or from anywhere else?
