    Either it's a change to how fishing works, or (More likely) it's a reward for the Cata fishing-dailies (Rare drop from rewardbag or something) with some novelty function.

    Cooking gets "Feathered lure", a craftable +100 lure, which would in turn imply that the basic fishing system won't be changed...

    I already see it, a minigame, fishes swim by and you have to aim and time your spear
    and then miss the turtle... XD

    Unless they change the weapon type from Crossbow only rogues, warriors, and hunters are going to be able to use it.
