cata is in 2 months and i do have 3 other 80s besides my sham so ya know kinda hard to play on all of them to i let my arena partners knw so we disband together, i stopped competitive arena on sham and now working on druid, my old partners are doing pvp atm with good new partners

There is no release date on Cataclysm yet.
So you can't say it 'is' in two months.

From what i've seen so far, it's no where near ready for release in two months.

I don't PVP all that much, let alone on my shaman, but you seem to have put up a decent enough fight.

Edit: Those that are commenting on gems etc, I'm not sure that you're being all that helpful. A couple of gems probably wouldn't have changed the outcome of that fight... What the OP was hoping for I believe was commentry on the actual fight, given the sequence of the events he described (or in other words, which spells/abilities countered what).
