Wrath boss got a name change?

After doing some research to confirm my suspiscion, I now know that the water boss in Violet Hold was at one point named Ichoron . So why, may I ask, did I today fight Swirling Water Elemental ? What happened to Ichoron?
Seriously, check it out. The boss in violet hold is now called swirling water elemental. And I asked my party to confirm that it wasn't a UI bug.

your group must have wiped before the last boss and had to redo the instance, they already killed ichoron and thats his replacement so you dont get loot.

I've had that happen because the tank or healer decides they don't want to do a H, and bail between portals.

You get that with all VH bosses if you kill them and wipe afterwards.

Ah that would make sense. It hadn't occured to me, but the group had just wiped on the last boss when I got in there. apparently their last tank dc'd...
