The Worgen curse can be transmitted via the ingestion of tainted blood. Many humans have already taken this dark gift in an effort to better combat the vile Forsaken.

The thought occurs that this could potentially come back to haunt the Worgen of Gilneas. It would be simple enough to capture a handful of Worgen and milk them to empower your forces.
A big part of why those within Gilneas because cursed was magical meddling with the earlier Worgen. Would it be possible to experiment on the curse? Augmenting it to take hold of Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes, any race really.

The curse might better prepare them for combat with the Forsaken. But I wonder if this opens up the potential for new, and nefarious exploitation. Has anyone else thought about this sort of thing? Does it seem like a likely plot point at some time in the future?

Isn't the process of reclaiming your mind from the utter feral state Worgen first degenerate into quite dangerous? Seeing as how after you get bitten NPC's exclaim they are surprised your survived?

Also, it might be likely that the curse is incompatible with certain races and kill them instead.

crowley offers the hillsbrad survivors his blood to help them fight the forsaken and make them immune to plauge

if they choose not to the worgens wont offer assistence and give supplies to the humans who could just end up dead and rezed with the worgen supplies

I bet its possible but there are so few of them in existence, that they are not a playable Character.
Just like how all the new class/race combos once were, and how there are Dranie(broken) and blood elf Druids in Outlands. But you can't play as them.
