At one stage I actually found a download link to this compilation, but after spending a long time on google I cant find it anymore /shrug

Most of his hotkeys are probably hidden.Like you really dont need to have mutilate on screen when you press the key like 400 times a day.

The author stopped active development on the current version of the Alza UI on version 2.2 back in december. According to the wowinterface page ...

The work on ALZA UI is stopped at the moment, so don't expect any more updates, except the ones that fix bugs.

The upcoming enabling of addons again on the beta "might" encouage them to come back to development of that, or even be what they were waiting for.
But that is assuming they are still interested in developing it.
Just wait and see what happens.

The only abilities you technically need on your hotbars are cooldowns that you need to watch the time remaining for. The rest you should be able to keep in memory and keybound.

I find that hard to believe somehow, for surely after this amount of time there would have been some update for 2.2 if the author was still developing it currently.
All the updates during the last few months have been posted by users of the UI, not the original author.

2.2 is likely what you used, which is present on hosting sites.

They did at one point offer some support here, though for russian speakers.
