Gnome Engineering Quest

I recently decided to drop JC for Engineering and leveled it to 360 in one day. Once i did this i Decided to look into Gnome Engineering but I cant seem to get the Quest for the specialization anywhere.
I've bin in orgrimmar, ratchet and Booty Bay but no one has a quest for me. I've tried searching on the internet but all guides direct me to those 3 places again and that is obviously not working. Am i missing something ?

You Get in in SW in the Dwarven District From the Gnome Engineering trainer

For horde since you went to Orgrimmar, you go to "Tinkerwiz" in Ratchet or "Graham Van Talen" in UC both start the quest chain.
