If you go back to the cenarion boots, you would gain 82 haste rating at the expense of 29 spellpower and mostly useless crit rating. Personally that is a trade off i'll make every day. My rule of thumb is that for me to take an upgrade i'll have to gain about 90% of the haste I lose from a piece of gear back in spellpower. At end game levels that situation doesn't happen unless you have skipped tiers of content.
Same recommendation goes for your wrists. I'd go back to the TOC25 wrists before using those. If you don't have the TOC wrists then bejeweled wizard's bracers will do the job. Better option would be to go after the wrists in Ruby Sanctum.
If you go back to the cenarion boots only, you will be ~1.5% haste under the 0/3 CF cap. That amount of haste translates to a base GCD of 1.015 seconds. Personally that 0.015 second difference is inconsequential to me and i'd rather move the points out of CF back to the resto tree. With the addition of empowered touch, revitalize, living seed, odds are good that you will see more than 1.5% healing done from those talents in a raid.
Also you are missing the haste cap because of trauma. As long as you aren't running with 3 disp priests rocking Val'anyr at the same time you should be seeing about 4-6% healing done from your weapon alone. That is another trade off i'm glad to make.
