For me it has to be pissing off melees by HoPing the clothie they're beating on.
More specifically, when a Rogue thinks he's going to get a super free kill off that Lock from his stun locking and cloak. I drop by like a BOSS and HoP that Warlock. It's even more fun if you wait until the Rogue blows his CloS and the Lock is almost dead, like at 15%. I HoP and watch the Rogue rage as the Warlock proceeds to own his face. If it's up, I also drop a stun just for extra lawl factor.

Generally in BGs if I drop bubble, I'll begin hearthing for the fun of it.
That and this one time a Priest jumped off a cliff to get away from me, so I threw a HoJ at him before he could Levitate.
It was a happy day.

Yeah fearing Demo Locks and Lichborne DK's is funny as hell.
I also used to like DI'ing lowlevel beggars in Stormwind when they started to piss me off. Just invite them to a group, DI 'em and watch them stand there gobsmacked unable to do anything from the comfort of the floor for 3 minutes.

Full PvE gear ret versus ret duels. No skill required whatsoever, it's literally a test to see who gets bigger numbers first. So much fun.

Hoping an old hunter in my guild pet. he had a cancel aura macro in every attack for himself, but you cant remove it from the pet.
