251 4pt10 bonus vs 264 helm and crafted legs

okay, so i got a helm to drop in icc 25 http://www.wowhead.com/item=50006/co...remonial-crown

it's 264... most likely i'm looking at 251 4pt10 (got the 264 gloves from voa) of which i have gloves and shoulders... i'm working on gettin the legs crafted, and was going to finish off the 4p with head and chest 251's... should i bypass the crafted legs and go with 251 t10 legs and chest instead?...

is 264 helm + 251 t10 chest, shoulders and legs + 264 t10 gloves greater than
251 t10 helm, chest, shoulders + 264 t10 gloves + 264 crafted legs

or should i drop the 4p bonus and go:

264 helm, 264 off emblem chest, 264 t10 gloves, 251 t10 shoulders, and 264 crafted legs? at least i get 2 piece bonus...

life was easier when my guild wasn't raiding... lol..

note: currently running all 3 specs depending on raid needs... mostly destro at the moment...

Go four piece Tier 10 and either the Leggings of Woven Death or Captain's Mittens depending on what you have immediate access to. Since you just got the 264 T10 gloves and are crafting the legs, shard the Crown and get your 251 T10 helm. The Devious Minds proc from the 4-piece bonus is a substantial DPS increase, certainly much much more than any short term gain the Crown would have over the 251 T10 helm (if any).

4p t10. Pants are the piece you want as off set sine the t10 pants are horribly itemized.

A set bonus is nearly always, if not always superior to 2 non-tier upgrades.
That is particularly true for 4pc, but still applies in most cases to 2 pc too.
