Pretty sure that's just the bonus you get for wearing all of the "correct" type of armor. Priests get it for free because... well.. they can't wear anything else.
If you were to put on a piece of leather, you would lose that 5% int bonus.ಠ_ಠ

Well I assure you I'm fully clothed, and I don't have the bonus... not until I "See my trainer".
I asked in game, got NO answer... and not getting in here too.

Looks like they put the wrong spell there as well... The 100y ones are usually the trainer spells used to add the spell to your book.

The bug: you can't train it
The ability: replaces "<insert armor type here> specialization" that all the non-cloth classes have since priests, mages and warlocks can only wear cloth. No need for an ability to be called cloth specialization when you don't have alternatives.
