Black dragons in Cataclysm.

Hey, im not in beta and im really going by just screen shots being shown here but were are all the black dragon NPCs? I kinda presumed there would be lots considering Deathwing and all, but a lot of the NPCs ive seen in areas are either twilight cultists or dragons of different colours. Can anyone confirm this whose on beta or have I just been unlucky with my choice of viewing ^.^?

Kalaran who used to be stationed at Searing Gorge, I believe, is now in Badlands in his dragon form.

They're everywhere in Twilight Highlands.

they seem to be making trouble in bunch of random states but most present in twilight highlands and instances
