With one button, what .Nensec said. But that would be a horrible thing to do as you won't want to cast SW:P every time you cast DP (different duration, and SW:P is auto-refreshed anyway).

I'm guessing what you're looking to do is to consolidate it onto one button on your bars, in which case something like the following should do fine:
