Core of Insight has been the leading alliance guild for a long and steady period, with some difficulties after a GM change we are now growing stronger yet again, but need more dedicated raiders to boost our ranks and finish ICC25, where we currently are 11/12 HC.

Alot of our members have experience from Vanilla and TBC where we also were on the forefront of endgame raiding.

Our WoTLK story so far is on 10man:
Glory of the Raider achieved - including plagued protodrakes
Glory of the Ulduar Raider - including Herald of the Titans
Tribute to Insanity - including Argent Defender
Glory of the Icecrown Raider

and on 25man:
Glory of the Raider achieved - including black protodrakes
Glory of the Ulduar Raider
Tribute to Insanity
Glory of the Icecrown Raider


What we can offer:
- A spot in our guild and raids. We raid five days a week 20-24 during progression and usually 2-3 days a week 20-24 during farm time (we have 80% attendance requirement)
- A place for your alts. Outside of raids there is always plenty to do, 10 mans and heroics are regular.
- A comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. We use Ventrilo 3.0.1 which is always online so feel free to chat during play time.
- A place where you can discuss your class and share ideas to make us even better


What we expect:
- A decent application. 3 Lines asking for an invite will be trashed immediately. We want to know you are committed, and a decent application is the first step towards that.
- Evidence that you have put time and effort into improving your character. Correctly gemmed and enchanted gear aswell as raiding-friendly professions. High achievement points also show character dedication.
- Raiding experience, pre-Lich King HC experience is highly favored.
- Extensive knowledge of your class. Having the ability to play multiple specs is definitely a plus
- Being able to take and improve on criticisms to become a better player. A trial does not necessarily make you a raider, and being a raider does not guarantee your spot either, we want you to work hard in all raids.
- The willingness to stick around for the long term. We are not interested in gearing you up just to see you leave.
- Ambition to be the best and still wanting to improve, to not bail out after wipes and the will to progress on hard modes.
- WWS/WoL reports go a long way.
