    Ok I'm confused by something in the front page news post BB said he wasn't sure if this build will ever be deployed on the beta servers. So how has it been found and why wouldn't it be deployed?

    It's actually been deployed by now. As for how it's found, it appears the new streaming client feature Blizzard is using is also used to preload patch data.
