    Molten Fury

    Hey, why Molten Fury is exactly 12%? I mean why not 15% or 10% but exactly 12%? I just cant see any logic why they gave 12%?

    Any explanation?

    After it being 20% & 20% Blizzard decided to increase the Fury window to make it more useful on lower HP mobs and so that we didn't feel such a need to cram/save all abilities for the last 20% (which is also the fastest). The damage had to be lowered accordingly.
