    Cataclysm is comming soon!!!

    Soon:
    http://www.wowwiki.com/Soon

It is a shame that Blizzard wont be able to release the game this year.I was really looking forward to it.Although is looks like that the game is almost ready for release,it is not.A lot of things have been implemented, but the expansion is so damn big that still a lot of things is missing.Even with the world best developers like Blizzard ,there is no way they can release it by the end of this year....

Well they can, but half done...And we don't want the half done game. With that said I can wait as long as I have to just if they made the game right.

if you think they are half done, then your going to be surprised..
Unfortunately, until the people at Blizzard take time to quit explaining why they are right and anyone who disagrees is wrong, they are not going to even hear everyone speaking out desperately trying to warn them the ship is sinking.
the problems driving players from WoW aren't content or the age of the game, the problem is how the game experience and design philosophy are being undermined by Blizzard's hubris and greed.

They should just take their time and release it next year, I don't want a flagshipped expansion.

Releasing it while it's about 85-90% finished is the preffered cause of action, rather than waiting two extra months. The playerbase has spent far too much time in ICC already, they want out of it.

The Twilight event and 4.0 will each buy them another month though.

This tbh, we've been in Icecrown for way too many months now, Rs just doesn't cut it...i thought this gnomeregan event will help overcome the boredom but it lasts not longer then 15 minutes :/
My twitch channel https://www.twitch.tv/durbem I stream my guild's mythic raids, but I'm also streaming other games from time to time.

Pretty much.. ICC was a result of bad planning. I hope they don't make the same mistake between cata and the next expansion like they did between BC to WotLK, and now WotLK to Cata; they've already made it twice and should learn from it.

Release a raid during the summer; an actual raid (not RS), and you will have a somewhat smoother transition from one expansion to the next.
Take a break from politics once in awhile, it's good for you.

This means that either people will whine because they are sitting for ages on ToC tier equivalent or that Blizzard have to take people off the expansion team to make a new raid.
Doesn't really sound ideal to me.

i think the troll and gnome events will stay until cataclysm is released. The twilight event will probably be the same, but it will start closer towards the release of cataclysm.

Half done? Almost all the expansion content is in the beta, and just need some final polish. Just number tweakings, itemization, etc left.

The only content not in at the moment are the raids, and I'm sure they are more or less finished behind the scenes, but won't be released on beta realms until they will do controlled boss-by-boss testing.

Name me one expansion feature besides the raids that isn't 80% complete on beta at the moment.
