Currently, the intent is limited. Use your brain, and you might understand that they don't want much else tested at the moment.

They didn't limit the scope of the patch only to focus the testing. They did it because that's the way it will be when hits live and before cataclysm is actually released.

You can really tell who has been around for other expansions and who hasn't.

They ALWAYS put class changes out before an expansion so people get used to their new stuff for a while. It's not going to be a 3.x.x patch because Wrath is over.
