Target of mousover?

Hey everyone,

Im looking if its posseble to make a macro that targets the target of your mouseover (still following me, huh?)

Like the addon tauntmaster does: You mouseover the player that has aggro, click on it and voila.. successfully taunted that players target back to you.

Taunt mouseover's target if an enemy, else taunt mouseover if it's an enemy.
