1x Exceptional maintank: Class doesn't matter that much assuming you live up to our high expectations regarding attendance, attitude and performance. Solid raid experience and excellent vocal communication. Good gear is not 100% essential but preferable, as an indication of the necessary experience, and to allow us to trial you effectively on HC ICC encounters and in Ruby Sanctum.
We run our roster by the standard of survival of the fittest, which means if you can convince us in your application with combat logs (WMO/WOL...) and your application as a whole that you can compete our best players, you can earn yourself a full-time raid spot.
So if you feel that you are what we are looking for and want to be a part of what we are achieving then please make your application on our forums and it will definitely be considered within usually 48h.
A few tips before you think about applying
1. You MUST have TWO crafting professions to maximise your character, (Blacksmithing, Jewelcrafting, Alchemy, Enchanting, Tailoring, Inscription, Leatherworking and Engineering) - Gathering professions are NOT allowed and will result in a decline. You have alts, dailies and the Auction House for making gold.
2. Do not rush your application, filling open questions with 1 word answers is not the way to go.
3. You will most likely be questioned in your application thread, this is because we want to know and understand more about you and your character, do not get pissy with us, it will only end badly for you.
4. Attitude, attendance, personal performance and computer performance is what distinguishes you between trialist and raider, you can be an awesome player, but if your computer shuts down every 2 hours, we dont want you.
5. If your internet connection is unreliable, you should stop reading.
6. Your application will most likely be finalized in a ventrilo/teamspeak interview by the officers.
About Raiding (*Extensions happen during a progress week, though not often)
5 Days a week during progression (And we cut it down afterwards)*
Mon - 19.30-00:00 (Raidtime can be extended to 02:00)*

Friday - Off day / 10 mans

Times are CEST (Game time)
You are expected to attend ATLEAST 80% plus of all raids. We need reliable people, not people on log on after a raid has been built and expect a spot to be handed to them.
Lootsystem: Loot council based on: Performance - Attendance - Attitude Communication: We use our Teamspeak 3.0 server, you are expected to be able to communicate on it when necessary.

Our main goal in ScrubBusters is to top the realm rankings and climb higher up the world positions as a competitive guild.
