For Affliction Heroic DFO and Heroic Charred Twilight Scale are BiS Correct?

What about the normal version of DFO and Twilight Scale? Are they still better than heroic spyglass, regular sindy and heroic sindy trinkets?

Yes and I belive so yes.

Run your sims on simcraft to see if they are best for YOUR gear set. Remember BiS lists assume everything that they have listed, change 1 piece and the BiS set up is lost and needs to be changed. They are good for an idea of teh perfect set up.
