About the guild:
Pandorum is a raiding guild on the Kil'Jaeden server geared toward pushing PvE endgame content. To us, a Guild should be formed of players who aren't just interested in epic items, legendary weapons and all things purple. We are not ignorant to the fact that we all need to upgrade our gear and that there are some very epic items out there. However we realize that we can't get these things without the help of our fellow Guild Members.

We have a dedicated Raid Team within the guild that raid 3 times a week but it's not necessary to be a raider to join the guild as we do consider applicants who come highly recommended by existing members.

We do not tolerate whiners, beggars, ninjas, or general idiocy. When you join <Pandorum> you are a representation of our guild, and you are expected to wear the name with pride and respect for yourself and others, both In-game and on forums.

About you:
A desire for success:
The group is only as strong as the individual. If one person doesn't want it as bad as everyone else, the group will fail. You shouldn't be in it for the loot.

You are extremely well-versed with your class:
You should know EVERYTHING about the class you play, including how to get every ounce of performance out of your character.

Performance:
Perfect play is often nearly impossible. However, we expect you to be maximizing your performance in every possible way. That means bringing consumables, knowing what's going on and how to avoid it, generally bringing your A Game.

You need to be able to pay attention for long periods of time:
If we're developing a strategy or dividing assignments and you're not at your computer or listening, it's a recipe for disaster.

You need to be able to tolerate constructive criticism.

Responsibility:
If there is one thing that you need to make sure that you do, it's take responsibility for your actions. If you messed up on a fight, don't deny it. We expect you to take the criticism, change whatever you did wrong, and not let it happen again.

Attendance:
At least 90% attendance is required to maintain Raider rank. We understand that you occasionally may have to be a little late, but recurrences of not showing up or being late all the time will get you removed.

Attitude:
You should be able to blend with the rest of the guild.

Recruitment:
We run two raid groups; one group runs Tues-Thurs 7-11 pst and the other is Fri-Sun 7-11 pst.
We are OPENING up recruitment for ALL skilled and experienced classes to help push 12/12 IC25 HMs and push into Cata being a strong top end raiding guild
