Runemaster vs. Tinker

Runemaster easily, could use a similar system to the death knight rune system, just replace frost blood and unholy with say, arcane nature and fire. I always thought though they should introduce two hero classes at the same time, runemaster and demonhunter and make one available to half the races and the other available to the other half. for example: runemaster races: dwarf gnome draenei orc tauren undead. demon hunter races: human night elf worgen troll blood elf goblin

Runemaster is pretty much the typical monk class AFAIK... fights with his fists. There is one in that arena-style encounter in Magister's Terrace. (think it's the blood elf)

Would love both but gonna have to go with tinkerer, an engineering-themed class has so much potential to be fun.

Keep in mind that the pencil-and-paper RPG is an entirely different thing than the MMORPG of WoW, professions or talent-specs as the MMO knows them don't exist in the pencil-and-paper version, opening the way for Tinkerers or runemasters, but in the MMO? Enough classes as is.

Would've been nice to have some ideas for each class listed. OP's post is kinda skimpy.

If I hadn't read the WoWWiki stuff on each, I would've picked Tinker just for the mental images it brings. But knowing about each, I prefer Runemaster. Monk class ftw.

Blizz said that they wont be adding runemasters into the game because Death Knights = Runemaster + Necromancer + 1 more class that I have forgotten the name of.
