TAiaJ still good on PTR?

You can get the trinket during leveling. I'm talking about a blue trinket that drops during instance runs nothing rep related.

I used it until lvl 85 when I noticed the missing motes. Sadly its replacement is a crap green trinket (194 static Str + 970 crit on use for 20s). Unfortunatly with seals hitting about as hard a retribution aura AJ procs werent as great as I wish they would have been and with Each passing level the TINY (Its extremely miniscule at even 83) ammount of hit rating easily becomes worth very little.
