About Eternal:
We are a five year old alliance guild on the Kargath server. We spent our first five years on the Scarlet Crusade server and transferred for Cataclysm to improve recruitment and further advance our raiding goals.
We are 3/13 on Heroic 25s.
Currently our goal is Heroic Conclave 25s.
Past Progression (40 and 25 man):
Vanilla - Cleared AQ40 and 10/15 in original Naxxramas
Burning Crusade - 5/6 Sunwell pre 3.0. Kil'jaeden 31% pre 3.0

We also cleared all content on 10s while current, with alts or mains. Including Sarth +3, Algalon with Herald of the Titans, Yogg +0, Tribute to Insanity, Heroic Lich King and Heroic Halion.
Every active raider got a bear mount from ZA.
We completed all Glory meta achievements while current as well.
Currently our goals are Cataclysm!
We prefer quality over quantity. This involves not only evaluating skill and motivation, but also the potential to mesh with the other personalities in our guild to maintain our tight-knit camaraderie.
We attribute high retention to providing an atmosphere where our members look upon each other as friends rather than a means to better loot. Our guild hosts a diversity of ages, averaging in the mid-20s, and we take pride in the maturity that our members keep (usually).
We understand that no one has an umlimited amount of playtime and as your leaders we are always responsible in using that time; of course, we expect the same in return.
Schedule:
Tuesday: 9:00pm - 1:00am EST
Wednesday: 9:00pm - 1:00am EST
Thursday: 9:00pm - 1:00am EST
Monday: 9:00pm - 1:00am EST
Weekends are always active with 10 mans and PvP groups.
Expectations:
-Gear level should be competitive, but more importantly take pride in your gear with the best enchants/gems.
-Come prepared to every raid with full consumables and use them.
-Know your class inside-out, and showcase that knowledge via performance.
-You should not apply with a character you do not foresee yourself interested in for the long-run.
-Go above and beyond. Perform in situations where others are counting on you to do your job and maintain a can-do attitude in the face of criticism and wipes.
-Study, understand and analyze boss encounters. We seek players who quickly grasp the bigger picture of an encounter rather than just memorize the necessary steps to suceed.
-You must run Ventrilo during raids, and you should have a mic that you’re ready to use! We like vocal members who actively contribute both during and after raids.
