Will Frostfire bolt be viable in Cata, because i havent been able to some up with a spec that would work more efficiently then straight fire

Causes Frostfire Bolt to burn for 10% more damage over 9 sec but removes the snare.

doesnt seem like that much of an increase but i guess combined with combustion and mastery it must be pretty good
