PvP; Is enhance the weakest melee ?

After thinking about it I'd have to agree ONLY in terms of arenas. I'm judging PvP strength by 3's arena representation (right now, not in cata) and enhancement has only one viable comp.

I know of one that's playing with arms & resto in 3's and is a fucking demon sitting at 2500 so they can't be all terrible.

I don't know if I'd call them the worst, but they are very CD based and situational, and severely lacking on survivability. From both perspectives, playing as one and playing against them, they bring an annoying and unique type of utility. And if wolves are off CD then they are God Mode, but that's it. Other than that they are just meh.

Edit: In no way am I slamming on them. My Enh Shaman is my favorite toon.

Debatable but its definitely a contender. Frost/Blood Dks, fury Warrs etc are pretty bad. (In PvP)

No, we have a few nice tools that warriors don't have.

Yes x100000. We are tooootally the easiest class to kill, glass cannon.
Is enhance variety of comps the worst?
No, with BL and wolves we can find viable 3v3and5v5s
Is enhance only meant to be a purge bot?
On live yes...not sure about Beta/PTR.

Yes, Feral spirits are the only thing that allow us to win any PvP fight.

Imo Enhance's main problem is survivability, any decent player can kill them before they get killed.

Fury Warrior, Ret pally, Blood DKs, Enh shammys, and Feral druids have very little representation in the upper ratings of arena.

1v1s? Enh is a power house. BGs? Enh is *okay*. In arenas? Beastcleave is..well BEASTLY.

Fury warriors are worse off then you guys, however enh does have it pretty bad.

Uh beastcleave is pretty shitty.
Survivability is alright against melee. If you can't tank a tsg without shadowmournes for at least 1 minute you're pretty bad. Obviously everything sucks against casters right now.

Worst damage of viable PvP specs.
Utility is okay.
Survivability is alright.
If you don't have a hunter in 3s you're doing it wrong.
You should be spamming purge.
It is very dependent on CDs.

If I had to choose on my rogue what melee I would go against up without either one using super cooldowns (wolfs vs vanish/prep/evasion), it probably would be shaman :/

Enhancement are definitely the weakest melee in Live, without a doubt, specially if the wolves are on CD.

They can only be half decent in one type of viable arena team.

Uh beastcleave is pretty shitty.

That explains why it's a R1 viable comp and was the top comp on the Arena Tournament server.

It has nice steady dmg, and nice burst at times, it's not most CD dependant class, that would be rogue, but it has lowest mobility.

this. we´re also to easily controllable. stuns, cc´s, snares and roots, we´re to easily played with overall, and affected by both things like silence and disarm, adding to that. to many counters, to few saurvivability => bad combination.

Generally, it seems that Shamans are getting the end of the stick right now with poor movability, too many counters etc etc but as always, it actually comes down to the player behind the class.

As someone mentioned, he knew a Shammy sitting at 2500, which isn't in any way bad.

Maybe it's just that Ehance shammies are really hard to play these days? And people are going to argue with me, saying that "omg ehance so hard shock strikez woflvez sooo hard" but my point is, maybe Enhance is hard to play well.

Every Rogue knows the basic layout of stunlocking, a minority knows how to do it well.
