Formula: Enchant Shield - Lesser Block

is there someone who dropped it in the last year and can report the mob who dropped it?
ok ok Google it, Wowhead it, etc but after Blizz changed some of recipe drop spot (in a TBC patch if i remember well) i've never seen a single recipe posted on Runetotem-EU AH...

EDIT: i know wowhead says Scarlet Monastery but also a lot of mobs in other areas, i just wanted to know if someone in the last months droppped it in SM on another area (maybe Wowhead data is old and Blizz changed drop spawns)

It's an extremely rare enchant, I think people farm for it in SM, checking the chests in each instance.

I've seen it on the ah, but never been willing to buy it for the 10kish it gets postedfor.
