Hunters will raid in t10 at 85?

armor pen, attack power, and intellect are going away on hunter gear. it will be replaced by other things. im sure mastery is among them

t10 won't have mastery on it unless you use Reforging to get it. Armor pen will be converted to crit or haste(as we already know) and AP will be converted to approximately an equal amount of Agility now that agility supplies 2 AP per point.

Bliz has nerfed set bonuses or the spells that old set bonuses amplify in order to *encourage* you in to the new gear. This is common knowledge for people who have played this game for some time.

The t11 will win by having a ton more of stats.You will probably replace most t10 in hyjal (unless its 277).Sure the set bonus is really sweet for BM and everyone levels as BM but still, its only a proc, not too awesome for mobs who will die in 3-5seconds and as such you will benefit more from greenies with better stats, especially those with mastery that buff your pet dmg.
