With the increase in cast time of our key nukes is it worth using H/N Reign of the dead over H spyglass, has anyone crunched any numbers? , currently i'm using H DFO and Spyglass, wondering if it be worth using Reign after the patch.

Probably not. You'll still want to get the trinket from Halion, and if that's not possible, PotNL

prolly with the changes you should aim for a double haste trinket H dfo and ruby 1 for the increased cast time on wrath and dots affected by haste (said by 1 that has 2 crit trinkets...sigh, Hphyl and Hmuradin)
