    Detect Invisibility
2% of base mana 30 yd range
    Instant cast
Allows the friendly target to detect lesser invisibility for 10 min.

    And

    Lesser Invisibility
    Instant
Gives the Succubus Lesser Invisibility for up to 5 min. This spell can only be used out of combat.

    That's all its for.

everything i ever knew was a lie...

You must be an upset rogue that walked into our flare and got killed.

I should really find something worthwhile to put here now...

I've noticed quite a few people saying that flare needs a buff if anything, and yet no one has pointed out the news from the front page:

    Marksmanship

    * Flare now has a 40 yards range, up from 30 yards.

Because you shouldn't be punished for walking into a blatantly obvious lit-up patch of ground in front of you, right?
The hunter has to make a decision of where to place the flare.
The rogue should avoid the flare. If they aren't bad.

Your logic: Rogues shouldn't have to worry about utilizing their stealth, they should be able to mindlessly wander a battlefield with no consequences for what is the equivalent of standing in fire; it is the opponents who are the only ones who should have to actually think and then react to said rogue.

    Bad logic.

If you are a hunter and you need to use fear to beat a rogue 1v1 then you really suck.

Uh... cloak does NOT work against flare.

The issue with flare is it's slow animation in relation to when it actually works on the ground, which is instantly. I'm not sure why it's been buffed to 40 yards either as that wasn't really necessary.

It's probably for instances (ie: Heroic DM where stealthed pats are) as well as to make up for the loss of volley.

No, its fine. Not like the hunter will know WHERE to throw it anyways. Its sheer dumb luck to hit a rogue with flare. You have the advantage rogues.

Increasing the range from 30 yards to 40 yards is not exactly a buff. Plus when in the world would I ever need to throw a flare 40 yards out in front of me, the odds of it actually hitting a stealthed target is pretty slim. Unless it was into a heated battle.
