Phasing Isn't New

i look forward to them building on it though, Storm Peaks was, IMO, the best zone created thus far. the phasing progressed the story amazingly.

only thing they said was new was the terrain phasing. before it was just changing the skybox/npcs/objects

I can't remember how many times I run to mine some herbs only to have it disappear in stormpeaks =(
