The reading comprehension in this thread is just... the levels, they reach a new level of fail....
The OP is talking about the enchant as it relates to Dual Wield tanking, which is all frost. HE KNOWS frost cant tank come Cata... Open your eyes. Thats why he's asking wtf is up with the enchant change. Why not just remove it?

I tanked all the Wrath normals as an Arms tank when it first released, and did the same for BC and vanilla.
It's not hard.
