Brewfest city be a NEUTRAL city?

Ok, I like Brewfest but i am a horde. What can i do to participate at this event. Last time i tried to get drunk there this happened : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H02jHPNPkCo
So, do you think Brewfest should be a Neutral city (like in Booty Bay where you can meet hordies or allies and if you gank them you get ganked by guards)?

Yeah, like others said, there's a Horde Brewfest camp outside Orgrimmar for Horde players. I think it's an understandable mistake for a new player, honestly.

the point is that horde should be able to join the only real brewfest near ironforge, not the gay cheap copy of it near orgrimmar

This 2 sides are in warr, but sometimes, during a warr, there is a peace time .

Ok, they exploit the need of the cave man to hunt and stuff, but sometimes you get sick of slashing the 1000 mob in gnomeregan and you want some entertaiment.

i concur. how about instead, they add some pvp quests to brewfest! perhaps go to the opposing brewfest and loot "massive jeweled mug" right in the center of the fair grounds, which upon clicking it (takes about the time to grab it as the STV arena chest) you get smashed and pvp flagged. the idea being if you hit resistance, UNLEASH DRUNKEN FURY UPON YOUR ENEMIES, or sneak by and steal it while they are too drunk to see you.

It's a terrible idea. I hate the whole sanctuary thing they implemented in Shattrath during TBC and now in Dalaran.
I want an all out war, with no safe havens.
