Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

So Night Elves get a front flip, Blood Elves get a twirl and Worgen get a gainer. That makes 2 Alliance special jumps and 1 Horde special jump. Why not balance this out by giving Trolls a special jump like an aerial? It would make sense because they do one in their dance and they are a very flexible/skinny race.
