With rated BGs coming up although you can't use them with a flag anymore I still see their usage to be a very handy tool for getting where you need to be before other people.

i can see this being a viable reason. but when im just standing around in WSG and someone targets me from the other side of the map. starts running towards me, tries to start killing, but then when they start to lose, they run away. this happens to me at least every other day.

for example: im sitting at the gold mines by myself. a warlock parachutes down. were fighting, he gets at 10% health with all my dots up(spriest).. then a rouge comes outa nowhere, locks me down, and kills me. i dont release and see the warlock pop rocket boots in an attempt to "out run" my dots from killing him. he died.

I prefer killing players 40 levels below me. Boots are perfect for getting away from their mains.

then that is one dumb lock, i use my boots to try and make up the major issue with ret pallys and being kited to death.
other then that my own lock i use them mostly to howlbomb or get away from rogues,again.

1) They're trying to get an achievement.
2) They don't want to die and have to run all the way back. (For a Feral Druid, Rocket Boots is like Bubble, it's a complete second life.)
3) They're trying to piss you off on purpose.
4) Trying to have fun (LOL THAT CAN'T BE)

Crying over Rocket Boots makes you worse than people who use them. Not to mention it's not allowed in anything that's even half serious, like arena. BG's nowadays are for fun, nothing else.
