I think you're getting that number from the 30% buff to players, with the 20% dodge debuff being removed at the same time.

30+25 = 55

So, terrible math says ICC should be 55% easier.

While it would be very nice to have a month or two with an easier icc 10 / 25 to get some stuff done I don't think it will be happening. At this point the best thing we can hope for is that 4.0.1 makes our life easier.. but other then that I unfortuanetly don't see any further nerf incoming

the 55% easier comes from the fact that you are not gaining 20% avoidance, you are getting back 20% you lost meaning the EH increase is /0.8 which equals *1.25

So buff wise tanks have 55% more effective health than on the launch of ICC, which still doesn't make it 55% easier:P
