I'm a Grunge fan, which means I hate everything about modern popular music, and I'm very outspoken about this, but theres always been a few songs that I always hate to admit that I enjoy listening too. They're songs that just drive into your head and you want them to get out by they won't leave.
I've got 5 that I can think of at the moment.
Ocean Avenue - Yellowcard.
I absolutely hate the band and all of their other songs but, I could probably listen to this everyday till I day.
Teenagers - My Chemical Romance.
Its their only good song, and its music video is a carbon copy of "Smells like Teen Spirit" but I love the song.
Frantic - Metallica.
It the only good song off of Saint Anger, but I still don't like admitting that I enjoyed the song.
Your love is my drug - Ke$ha.
My Gf loves todays music, so I'm forced to listen to a lot of it, and of all the crappy pop songs on the radio at the moment, this is the only one I enjoy listening to.
Too Bad - Nickelback.
I hate Nickelback, as a Canadian I apologize for Nickelback, they're terrible. Mediocre on every instrument and Chad has no singing talent. Yet I like this song. Why? I thinks its nostalgia more than anything. My first Cd was some crappy rock collection album, and this was the first track, so everytime I loaded up the CD, I'd hear this song. I think I just had a bad taste in music and because of how much I listened my mind became numb until I liked the song.
