ICC Buff gone?

could anyone pls check, whether the ICC 30% buff is gone like the "Chill of the Throne"-dodge debuff or not?
Some casuals in europe would be very thankful for this information.

That is insane, my mitigation on my main (prot pally) is %94 with holy shield but i guess that will change with holy shield different i guess when i reforge my gear for mastery it will be back up though.

The PTR version of ICC is also broken - it's like Day 1 of 3.3.0. Only the first wing is open, etc.

Based on the fact that they included the removal of Chill of the Throne in the patch notes but did not include the removal of the 30% buff, I'd say there is an extremely high chance (>90%) that the buff is still there.

The buff will not be removed, if you had half a brain you would have figured that on the PTR that only the 1st wing was open and no buff implemented.
If you weren't on the PTR, why didn't you just look for the hundreds of other threads like this?

Do also remember that block only reduces damage by 30% so it isn't as big of a deal to be blocking. Yes, block is good still, but not IMBA (Anub adds anyone?).

As I understood it the chill debuff was being removed (with the caveot that the mitigation talent change were nerfing it to where it was hardly any net difference) but the wyrn buff was staying. Our servers aren't up yet so no one can say for certain.

Chill was being removed, not the Strength of X buff.

Yeah 30% of a hit is nothing, LK only hits for 40k+ but nah 30% pft noobs cant block for shit.

To the OP before things get ALL kinds of chaotic; US Servers still haven't made it up yet so no one is 100% sure of any last minute changes that may or may not have been made. On the PTR both the buff and debuff were gone, but as of what things look like on live we couldn't tell you honestly yet. I shall edit my post later tonight with a confirmation if you'd like.

Seriously sick of these threads, there is 1 a day. Let me clarify something

the ICC debuff that reduces dodge by 20% is GONE.
The ICC buff(30%) isn't available on PTR because only 4/12 is unlocked on PTR. THE BUFF WILL REMAIN ON LIVE REALMS.
