Seriously, I don't get why this is so hard to understand. People need to stop blinding themselves because they're holding onto some hope they can get 310% for free still. There's a new mount system in place, mounts themselves don't have a speed attached to them anymore. Therefore if you get a Uld10 mount now it will just be whatever speed you have trained.
