Worgens bugged? Please help!

I have already leveled a worgen twice to level 5, and everytime when I press the complete quest button on the quest where you are going to turn into a worgen.. what happens is that the screen stays still, basically the game lags and I gotta Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and when I come back the quest NPC has disappeared.

What can I do to avoid this kinda stupid bug?

You have to walk it, then when you get to the broken up path delete your hearthstone and do /gm and go to the unstuck button, then click to go to graveyard.
