Frost in PVE

Hello all,

I'm just now leveling a mage, and I was just curious if it's now viable to be frost in PVE, what would the rotation be?. For now I'm just spamming abilities that will freeze the enemy and then just lancing them down. (Am I doing that right?) Also, what's going on with hit now? Did Blizzard stick with the "No hitting cap" thing?

Please see the sticky about mage's in 4.0! To answer the one question yes I would say frost is viable ..maybe not top dps but deff viable. As for rotations etc the sticky covers all this!
