Clear selected unitframe

Perhaps this is a bug? But I can't seem to figure out why after i select another characters unit frame it will not deselect when I click anywhere else on the screen. Went through the interface options and don't see a toggle option. Help? This is very annoying to hit Esc every time to clear my target frame.

Disable the "sticky targeting" in the interface options.

It was enbabled by default; freaked me out for a few minutes too.
