Spell Pen vs. Stam vs. Spirit

as a shadow priest spirit no longer effects my spell power.
so basically its accumlating extra hit, and i've read that spirit is no longer a real caster dps stat

so im wondering if i should keep spirit for the regen, or should i replace with spell pen, or should i replace spirit with stam (for survivabilty)

what do my fellow casters think?

For PvE? Spell penetration does nothing in PvE. You can reforge 40% of the spirit on an item into a more useful stat (crit, haste, mastery, etc.) though.

yeah i reforged. but i have +10 intell and +10 spirit gems still. so basically i should just gem straight intell or get intell+stam
