reduced exp?

does anybody know if they reduced the exp for levels 70-80 like they did for 60-70 when the wrath patch came out?

I remember reading a blue post saying that the Northrend grind was going to be made longer. I have no source though. Perhaps someone else knows the post I'm talking about and can help out.
