Disc has been nerfed so much that it no longer deserved a stickie?

I know the old Disc stickie was locked cuz it was getting bitchy, but we probably need a fresh one.

The problem appears to be that there are some moderators here that are anti-Disc and instead of staying out of those threads they just continue to find ways to put down the spec. It is actually pretty sad that a site like this which has so much potential would allow this type of behavior.

It has nothing to do with the moderators, and everything to do with the need of moderation, particularily involving certain other users creating new 1 post accounts to troll and harass on, complete with further personal attacks.

Again, if someone would like to run a Discipline Thread worthy of a sticky, be it a simple information hole, the "State of" thread, how to spec, the call is made.
