Hunter ability to PvP in Cataclysm?

With 4.0.1 hunters got a major nerf when in comes to pvp or at least thats what I've experienced and heard a lot of other hunters saying. Does anyone know what it will be like in cata and will we still be a little under powered?

Hunters are in good shape in cata, the problem with hunters at the momment is focus regeneration, hunters cant do heavy burst at the moment due to being limited to 3 shots and having no focus, where as at level 83 they get Aspect of the fox - Allows you to use your cobra shot and steady shot while moving and generates 6 focus when you are hit by a melee attack.

Hunters dont currently have that so they do a small amount of burst at the moment and then spam steady shot which means the hunter has to stand there and get owned.
