Why's Deathwing so angry ?

I just watched the cinematic trailer and I can see this dragon is really angry in his cavern.

Got a couple of questions regarding the lore:

Who are those workers in the movie that are putting the stuff onto his body?

Why is deathwing pissed of so much?

why his breakout did not affect northrend ( lorewise)? Bolvar just watching how deathwing destroying the world he used to fight for? Why doesnt he lead the scourge against the black and twilight dragonflight?

Simple version....The workers (Lorewise) Were goblins putting addy plates on him as he's essentially ripping himself apart.
Deathwing is pissed mainly due to old god corruption (As always)
And lorewise...fudge knows why it didnt affect northrend. Logically? Blizz couldnt be bothered to update an already relatively new area while places like outland were left untouched.
Or if this is some sort of trollbait: A wizard did it. All of it.

the people are twilight cultists, his original armour was made by goblins but the heat of his body causes him to require new armour often. Goblins made his first set of armour, but that was 10,000 years ago.

aaand northrend was probably damaged by the cataclysm, but you gotta remember there is a timeline progression. Once we defeat the lich king the alliance and horde have no reason to be there since azeroth is safe and thus they all pull out of northrend meaning lorewise we never go back to see the cataclysm damage there.

From a gameplay perspective I wouldnt like to see both the cataclysm AND the war on the lich king at the same time during 70-80, because that wouldn't make sense (similar to how they spend 1-60 in the cata timeline, then go back in tbc, then wotlk then back to cata for some reason... so uh.. swings and roundabouts)

Then ice mages and frost death knights can actually intimidate him

Same as with all recent major villains: he's gone crazy with some outside help (old gods this time, they do a lot of crazy-making in WoW), and he'll chin-cleave Azeroth now as a sort of revenge of having such a cliché backstory, and then get exploit-killed by 25 puffed up egos about a year and a half from now :P

Goblins were the ones repairing, improving, replacing, w/e the adamantium plates he uses to keep his body from coming apart.

Deathwing is pissed because all of his plans in the past were foiled by Mary Sue Rhonin, Alexstraza, and others not to mention he is certifiably insane.

Northrend isn't affected for a couple possible reasons. Firstly, who cares about Northrend anymore. The questing experience there is stuck in a time warp compared to the rest of the game world. Unless they rewrite all the LK storylines in the quests, don't expect to see a change soon. Secondly, maybe it was geographically protected. Earthquakes in one area of the world don't necessarily cause damage all over the globe. Perhaps Northrend was protected due to its distance from the points where major events were happening. Northrend also has extensive Titan infrastructure, seemingly the most concentrated of any other area on Azeroth. Perhaps that had something to do with the lack of devastation.

Watch the cinematic again. Only this time, when it shows Deathwing flying across Azeroth, try to imagine that hes saying "HOLY SHIT IM ON FIRE HELP ME".

He's corrupted by the Old Gods (as people above have said) and the power of the Dragon Soul (a super powerful weapon he made), and he basically became consumed by his own power and wants to show Azeroth that he's the fuckin' boss and make Alexsrasza and Ysera his bitches once and for all.

if you go to wow wikki and read up on deathwing (did it last night it helps lol) youll understand him 100% about why hes pissed and wants to fuck the entire world up. basically in a nutshell:

deathwing gets evil gods talking to him and messing him up mentally. drives him crazy and they say if u build this dragon disk weapon u will haz all teh powars! hes like oh sheet rly 0.o on it, he gets all the other dragonflight aspect to infuse some of thier powers into the disk basically making it so they cant destroy it, sneaky deathwing didnt do what they did so hes the only one who can control it.

he uses it to blow up a crap ton of burning legion but friendlys at the same time. other aspects saw he was going to the dark side and tried to stop him. he was like nah nah nah yall fucked. killed a shit ton of em and then down the road malfurion steals the disk hides it then illidan steals it then deathwing steals it back almost killing himself (correct me on this guys idk the exact theft line of events).

after some time the dragon aspects steal the disk then its destroyed somehow (i forget the exact details this is why this nutshell shouldnt be taken too serious its just an overview if u dont wanna read but i reccomend it highly). after the disk is destroyed deathwing is like supa angry face and is in hiding untill hes at full strength to strike back at azeroth.

as for why he is getting addamantium put on him in the video. the disk is full of energy and its like the one ring from lotr. u near it for some time it fucks u up. in deathwings case it cracks his chest open and makes him into a demo dragon of doom. still doesnt answer why hes captain mandible though shits huge.

hipefully this helped you understand why hes so fucking ticked and wants to hill everything.

TL;Dr other dragons didnt like the way he was trying to run things so they destroyed his precious and he wants revenge so the only sensible thing to do is blow up everything. standard stuff really =p
