They won't change Molten Core so it will stay usefull for those who want to get quick rep with thorium brotherhood or want the legendary.

Molten Core will remain the same and it makes sense because your only killing Raganaros on Azeroth instead of Firewall. Therefore you can still get the legendary and the only legendary you can't get is Atiesh sad face

Elementium ore comes from there which is used to make Thunderfury.

It will still be there, and ingots will be worth even more when cata launches due to guild achievements, so if you haven't started farming, I'd do that now.
