A few Hunter PvP questions.

1. How much Spell Pen and Hit Rating does a Hunter need for PvP these days?
2. What should I gem for MM/SV/BM? Some gem Agi, some gem Haste, some gem both. What does this depend on?
3. What Enchants should I be using? (no professions atm)
4. Is Crab/Spider still the best choice for MM and SV?
5. How should I reforge?
6. Most Hunters have a slow MH and a fast OH if they're using two 1h weapons. Why slow/fast? Why not slow/slow?
7. Should I take Piercing Shots and time my Freezing Traps better or should I not take it? I'm currently focusing on BG's and dueling only.
8. Can you still Disengage up onto the upper level of Dala Sewers or was that fixed?
